At Tales of India, we strive to deliver the authentic taste of the subcontinent to your doorstep; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect food items.
- 2.Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 24 hours to verify the issue against our shipment records.
- 3.Disposal or Return
Depending on the item type, we will either instruct you to safely dispose of the product or provide a prepaid label for a return shipment.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
